Xreal Beam Pro

Wow this looks so good. Can't wait for this to be available outside China. So it is an add on for the Xreal Glasses, but the specs look so good:- two 50 megapixel cameras aligned for stereoscopic video with stabilisation. Will be great to see some sample video and to understand if this works without the glasses. Xreal are clear this is not a phone, more like a mini tablet but with WiFi and 4g options. Released in China on 31st May will be interesting to watch how this spreads globally and see what other rivals come up with. Seems like some genuine innovation going on in this technology space at the moment.

So the feedback on this has not been quite as good as expected from initial youtube reviews. But technically it looks ok, the issue seems to be more about how to access the videos or pictures you have if you don't also have the XReal glasses. I think there is going to be a way to get the pictures and videos off, it is clearly based upon android and if there is a English Version that should be fine especially at the expected price point.

Interestingly you can already get versions on eBay for sale.

Expecting a release outside of China in the very near future.
